Hi Adobe Team,

User received the message from Adobe like that You no longer have access to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC through my organization (Yodlee). If you believe this is an error, please contact your team administrator for assistance.

Please let me know how we can fix this?

Hi Muskan,

Which ID was used to activate the license?

Did the user try to reactivate and check.

Also can you please post a screenshot of the error.

Hi Adobe Team,

I have Adobe DC license

I'm trying to trate a pdf from a pptx document.

From the Cloud, the system says I don't have the Adobe DC license.

From pptx directly I don't have the same ítem as I have in word at the top of the screen
