'Access Denied' message when I try to save colour schemes.

When I attempt to save colour schemes in Adobe Colour CC both on the web and with the photoshop plugin, I get the following error message:

"Access Denied: You do not have access to this service with this account. Contact your IT administrator to gain access or, sign in with an Adobe ID"

I am signed in with a CC subscription.

Any ideas???
