Adobe Color CC - "My Themes" Page Not Loading

Hey team,

I found some previous discussions where something similar was happening, but I didn't add to them because they were slightly different and they had recently some maintenance done and was a while ago. So I figured it was best to create a new discussion in case it was a new maintenance update.

The "My Themes" page on Adobe Color CC won't load. If you are signed in, it just defaults back to the 'create' page instead. If you are not signed in, it asks to sign in, and once you do sign in, it goes into a forever refreshing loop.

If you click on "My Themes" from the header navigation, it alternates between a blank page and defaulting back to the 'create' page. If you click "My Themes" from the footer navigation, it'll reload the page, be blank for a bit and then change to 'create' page again. For reference when I say 'create' I'm referring to this url: https://color.adobe.com/create/color-wheel/

I've signed out and back in. I've used incognito mode in Chrome so that it won't pick up the fact that I'm already logged in to try it that way and sign in again. I couldn't be bothered flushing the cache for everything, just for testing this site, so installed Firefox and had the same issue. Tried out MS Edge just to add another bit of data, same issue.

Interestingly, "My Themes" loads in Illustrator, I decided to do that as a check. And that worked and loaded properly. The web page itself won't load.

I use the web page (https://color.adobe.com/) for when I'm looking through colors and wanting to see how they work and save them in themes, as its supposed to be used, and would rather not have to open Illustrator every time I want to do that.

Has anyone come across this before? And has there been an update to the web page recently?

EDIT: And now I'm also unable to load the 'explore' page if I'm attempting to go to 'explore' after I've attempted to click "My Themes" and its taken me to 'create'. But if I click on 'Create' first and load that page properly because it does load properly, then click on 'explore', then the 'explore' page will load properly again.

Went back to use it again today, problem is back and doing the forever refresh loop again.

"My Themes" won't load. Made no changes.

Browsers are up to date. Always have been.

Request you to share emalId, used to login color service.

Here? Out in the open for everyone else to see? I'm not sure how else to share the AdobeID. If you are staff, are you not able to see the ID that I've used to log into the Adobe Forums? I'm a little confused sorry.

Hi,

There was some maintenance activity around the time you've mentioned, thought it is unlikely that would have caused your troubles.

Are you still facing the issue? If yes, can you share your OS version with us.

Still having issues. Both on my Mac High Sierra and Windows 10.

Request you to confirm whether your browser versions are up to date.

If you are still facing the issue, then request you to share your AdobeId, you are using for signing into color service.
