Adobe Color Theme Panel in After Effects

Why does it say that the Adobe Color Theme panel is being removed from After Effects in July? It's such an immensely useful panel which I use a lot! Please tell me this message is a bug! :'(

      Agreed, this is super useful for working across apps for flat and animated design. Will this be replaced with something else?

      Hello creatives: 

      Please see this post or this Helpx article for the details on the end of service for this product. At issue is a technical limitation with the current panel. The team is working on bringing the creation tools to the Libraries panel in the future, but for now the alternative is to use the creation and explore tools on the Adobe Color website and then use the themes in desktop products from the Libraries panel.
