Adobe Color Themes Not Saving

Up until recently color themes I developed in the color wheel could be saved to my library. Yesterday I started getting this message and I am unable to save any color theme. The only option that works is to add them to swatches. This is on a personal computer, MACbook Pro. It is not part of any group, business, or network.

"Saving colors to Adobe Color is disabled. Please contact your IT Administrator."

There was some technical issue during that time. It has now been fixed.

Same issues here - very dissapointing considering its my first time using it. I'm abandoning the idea of using it now - got too much work to do. Adobe, you never cease to amaze

Sorry to hear about your experience. what error are you seeing during save? does the issue happen after page refresh as well?

Having the same issue but I was told by Technical support the issue was PS2020 related and not yet resolved? this was on the  18/03/2020

Please see if your library list have loaded, before saving the theme. If that has already loaded and you are still seeing the issue, please drop a mail to pratesha@adobe.com/syed@adobe.com and we will take a look into your issue.
