Adobe Color - using shared themes for commercial purposes

Hi - I just want to check, Adobe Color is free to use, are the themes also free to use? For example, if I searched and found a theme (that someone else has shared) I liked in the 'Explore' section, and then downloaded/saved to my Library, I'm able to use the theme, as is, in any work, personal or commercial, free of charge?
