Adobe color wont let me sign in - Instead it redirects me to adobe express

I am having issues signing in to the adobe color site, Previously when I am signed in to adobe.com it auto signs me into adobe color but now it tells me to sign in still. When I do click sign in and put my email in another window pops up and then redirects me to adobe express. 

In the most recent instance I am now being redirected immediately when I click sign in. I was using adobe color fine a few days ago, so I am not sure what has happened.
