Broken link, Terms of service - and am i allowed to user colors for my projects

I was in touch with Adobe chat for Color CC. Not to much help and he send me here.

The link for the Terms of service is broken, at least on the danish version, can't say for other languages.

But i need those (like very few probably).

All i would like to know is if i can use a certan colorscheme somebody else created.
