Can not access Creative Cloud Web, especially Adobe Colour CC

Some of the issues for me to access Creative Cloud are...


1. when my group project member sent me an invitation to view/edit a color swatch file on Creative Cloud and I click the link, it would jump to my account page

this is the page that showed up when I accept the invitation

2. When I try to create a new folder on Adobe color libraries, a notice showed up again. I couldn't access my libraries and everything I saved before aren't showing either.

this is the page that showed up when I tried to create a new library/folder to organize color swatches.

3. When I try to save a color swatch on Adobe Colour, the web wouldn't process the request.

when I click save, the page will not process.

I think obviously the creative cloud is not working for my account. I need help from anyone who has had the same issue or who knows to solution to it. Thank you!

Can you please share your adobe id.

Also to which country your account is linked to.
