Can't creat a new Library

I'm trying to creat a new library to extract color themes from adobe color and there's always an error when I try to save a new color scheme. The new Library doesn't even exist.

      dass selbe Problem habe ich auch. Hast Du schon eine Lösung gefunden?

      Oder kann hier Jemand weiterhelfen?

      Thank you for reaching out to us. can you please share your adobe id with which you are trying to login. 

      i think you might not have access to storage or cc services and that possibly is causing the issue, but will get to know from your adobe id.

      also please share if library creation fails silently or there is some error shown.
