Color Pallets Disappeard

Overnight my color pallets disappeared from my folders is there anyone that can assist with recovering them? Has this happened to you and what did you do to resolve the issue?

      This is resolved. Shanti was able to find her colors in "MY LIBRARIES" page when she opened the desired library and clicked on "Show more" button to load more themes.

      Sorry, but the "Show more" (Mostrar más) button doesn't work

      For almost everyone it gets resolved with "Show more" button, but if it isn't working for you, will it be possible for you to have a short meeting with us?
