Color Question

Hi everyone!

I am trying to create a geofilter for a birthday party and am having some trouble. Every time I insert a new photo or edit an existing one these weird colors pop up. The colors are in the shape of the photos I insert and block everything. They are a variety of bright colors, and I cannot figure out how to prevent them from popping up. Does anyone know what these are and how to get rid of them? Thanks in advance!
