Color Swatches will NOT download

I have signed into my account. I have created a swatch. I have attempting to download the swatch to my iMac running Mohave. I click on Save Color Scheme. In Actions I then choose Download ASE but NOTHING downloads.  I have tried using different browsers; Safari, Chrome and Firefox. Please advise.

    I hope it is OK to answer my own question. I have discovered that as soon as I click on Save Color Theme the swatches are saved to my Library which I can then access by going to Photoshop CC 2019 on my computer and clicking on Libraries.

    Hello:

    Yes, it is absolutely ok! And you are correct, when you press "Save", the theme is saved to a CC Library. You should still be able to download a theme once it is already created, either from the "Download" button (center swatch button) on any theme on the explore page, or by clicking the 1Up screen for your own theme, scrolling down, and choosing "Download ASE".

    I discovered that the first Download ASE button does NOT work. I must click on View and then there is another Download ASE button and that one works.
