Colors for Sketchnoting

I'd like to try Adobe Color to come up with pallets that would work well for my sketchnoting. I'm thinking of 2-4 colors (plus black and 1-2 grays).  I would then buy color markers (brush pens, etc) based on a few intelligent choices , rather than trial / error.   I know, it seems pretty simple, but  I'm curious if anyone has done this?  or has thoughts about it.   Thanks! - Qua
