Error while publishing a theme

Hi there,

 

I'm getting the following error when I try to publish: 

 

"Error while publishing a theme"

 

Besides I cannot share the palette 😞

 

Anybody can help me?

    Can you please refresh the page and try again once? also please confirm if your account is retail/individual one or enterprise one. Publishing is not allowed for enterprise accounts.

    @syed_mehadi  @rob day  thank you for you reply but the issue continue.

     

    The account is a teacher account. Could it be the problem?

    can you please share the account email id, so that i can check if publish should be allowed for it or not.

    also can you please sign out once and try again after signing back in?

    Hi @Urios , from the Create tab can you Save your theme when you are logged into your account?

     

    You should be able to select or add a new directory from Save to in the upper right corner, give the Theme a Name, and click Save. Maybe you will be able to Publish the theme after it has been Saved?

     

     

    After saving a Theme you will be able to edit and view saved Themes from the Libraries tab. Here‘s the Phi Sample Theme I saved in the above screen:

     

     

    If I double-click the Theme I can Download, Share, Publish, View Published, Edit etc.
