How can I drag the color markers randomly in adobe color wheel? PLEASE HELP!

As shown in this Youtube video, what must I select to make the individual markers move along randomly on Adobe Color wheel. In my case all the markers are moving along if I click on one. The only way I could select the opposite color is by changing into Complementary.

Hey @Es353295394vb6

1) click on a circle of your choice
2) the eye dropper
3) move the circle to a point that you find suitable

Repeat steps 1 and 2 for a/the different circle(s).

Once you have the colours that you want you have options to save.
1) press the + to create a library.
2) you can click on your library and if you have a file already started you can save in there.
3) You can name your colour theme.
