I can't extract a color from an image

I cannot extract the color from an imported image on the new site today. Worked perfectly fine yesterday. Now, I upload the image, and I cannot see the hex # which is what I'm looking for. I click over to the Color Wheel tab, and the colors that show are not the ones I uploaded. I click back to the Extract From an Image tab, and the image is gone. I cannot save my upload, whether or not I'm signed in. Please help!

    Are you seeing something different?  Can you share more details about your browser / machine
