Question

"LIBRARIES" page won't load, loads into a white background

Hi everybody,

one of my students (we are on a k12 school plan and each of my students got a gmail school address linked to their adobe account) got this problem when using Adobe Color where he can’t access the LIBRARIES page on adobe color via browser to check the saved color wheels. All he gets is a white background without any room for interaction.

I tried to use a different browser, even changing machine (we are on macOS) but on both machines the LIBRARIES page works flawlessly with my account logged in, doesn’t work with his. Other students haven’t got his problem. What could it be? Thanks in advance

    Hey @cristiano_8203

    I have sent a “bug” report. Hopefully one of the mods or someone will be able to give you more information.

    Clear cache

    If the Problem Persists:

    • Run CC Cleaner: Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to remove and reinstall the library components.
    • Update/Reinstall: Ensure your Creative Cloud desktop app and applications (Photoshop, Illustrator) are updated to the latest versions.
    • Check Permissions: On Mac, ensure that the Creative Cloud app has Full Disk Access

    Thanks for the reply. However, how are those tips helpful since I tried the same situation on two different machines, one of which has never been touched by that compromised account? Also can’t see the video

    @cristiano_8203

    I am following up to see if you had posted your Qs in The Creative Cloud Services.
    There is a known issue with Libraries syncing up.

    Cheers
