My color theme will not update

I cannot get my CC Library to update in Animate. I have used this system for the past year and it worked fine until the day before yesterday. I have set up a color palette for a new project which would be the 15th palette in a series. The CC Library opens in Animate - where I have been using it - but the newest one doesn't show up. I need the colors there to choose what colors I can use. How can this be corrected?

    dI found all I had to do was turn off Creative Cloud and then turn it back on and then the color palettes would transfer to the program I was using

    If you uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app and reinstall it as part of some troubleshooting, the Libraries panel inside a Creative Cloud desktop app may stop working. 

    Adobe engineering is currently working to address this issue.

    Hello:

     

    So sorry this is happening! Can you log onto assets.adobe.com and see if you see the color theme there? Also where are you creating the color theme, in another application or on Adobe Color?

    Yes, I created it and it shows up in assets.adobe.com. The problem is when I open the CC Library, in Animate and Illustrator, it doesn't show up in there - where I need it. All the other ones I have used are still there but the new one just won't show up.
