Need help developing a palette based on four mandated colors

Hello,

I have been given 4 RGB colors as a base. I want to use Kuler tool to expand this palette with three or four more appropriate colors. I'm not sure how to do that. Can anyone assist?

May you provide some further inputs regarding the flow through which you are trying to do same or attach some images to get better understanding for same.
