Are you still facing the issue? In future if you do face such an issue, you can try an incognito window, just to rule out any local caching issue.

That's so weird. I wonder what is going on here? I feel like I might be missing a directory on my system, or there's some broken file somewhere that cannot be updated. Unfortunately, Adobe's alert banner is pretty weak on details. "something went wrong" is almost totally useless info.

Anyhow, I hope I can get it fixed. This is my first time using the feature and I'm already in love. For now, I can at least find a way to use the colors with some copy/paste/sampling.

I'm curious if there is a way to use Photoshop or illustrator to save colors in the same way? is there a library panel that I can access from PS? I'm not able to add libraries on the color website either, but there are 4 library categories already in the menu.

The saved themes should get saved to Libraries panels. Just checked and it’s working as expected. Here I’m saving to a Library I’ve named PHI, and the theme’s name is Compound04:

I just checked in Chrome and was able to save with no problems.
