Using new Adobe Color with PS 2020

The extension to the Adobe Theme in my PS 2020 no longer works.  The library module has no reference to launch this Adobe Color module.   How do I get to this color.adobe.com area from within Photoshop 2020.  I'm not upgrading to 2021 as it constantly crashes...    I used the theme regularly with my composites.. that extension is no longer available to me..   

 

How do I move a color from my image to this new app, pick my complementary colors, save the swatch back to PS like I use to do with the theme...     I regular workflow for me.   Thanks
