That question can not be answered. Here is your question in different terms: I have RGB Values, but no RGB color space, so let's assume one so sRGB it is. Because if you assign different RGB profiles to the same RGB image or color that color will hav a different visual appearance.  Now tell me what the ink formula is:  So without knowing anything about the RGB value (What the values actualy are that you want an ink color to match) it is not possible to provide an ink match.  Also without knowing what the printing process is, (Coated or Uncoated papers) it is not possible to provide any further information.
