Why are the cmyk numbers of the adobe wheel site not the same as Photoshop?

    CMYK is not a fixed colour, but a recipe. The actual colour depends on ink and paper. To match ink and paper you need to use the same ICC profile in all apps. If Adobe Color doesn't let you choose a CMYK profile this info is valueless and should be removed from the site.
