Why can't I download new pallet from color.adobe.com

I create a pallet from an image then save that pallet. I then have the option to download that pallet. I click on the Download link, but that's as far as it goes. Nothing happens from there. The link highlights when I click on it but nothing else No download follows.

So is this a paid service? is that why the download function doesn't work?

    This is not paid service.

    Confirm version of the browser that you are using to access color website.

    Try updating to recent one if it not. Then try again.
