As I’ve been working with my students on a variety of projects, we’ve run into two similar issues which give us the same message: Whenever many of them try to add “clip art” looking items from the elements tab, they get the spinning wheel of death and have to refresh their page, and may not be able to include things in their design. Whenever we try to download images to share beyond our galleries, we are unable to do so.In both instances, we get the same error message (although the top Download failed vs. others changes)Is this something on our end?
