How to change plan from normal to student?

Hi,

I am subscribed to the creative cloud for years. I just started university. I am a student now and I know there is a special plan for student that is less expensive. How can I change for this plan ? I thought I would just cancel my current plan and subscribe again as a student but If I do that, I have a cancellation fee of $300…

Any idea how can I change my plan to a student plan ?

Thanks a lot !

Esther

Hi Esther, thanks for raising this question. Have you tried the steps over on this page? https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/manage-account/using/change-plan.html

I would contact Adobe support before cancelling anything. Since you have an active annual subscription, they should be able to check whether your plan can be changed to the student version without the $300 cancellation fee. They will likely ask for proof that you are currently enrolled.

You would need to contact Adobe directly about this. These forums are generally Adobe users and volunteers who have no authority over user accounts.

Since you are a university student - be sure to check with your university as to whether there is an active partnership with Adobe… as this can be significantly less of a financial burden than the general student subscriptions.
