issue in certificate AD0-137 exam

Hi 

I have faced issue while joining the AEM certificate exam AD0-137 due to technical issue I couldn't join.
now again it is asking to pay and schedule.. can I give the exam with last voucher or what is the process please help. exame date was 30th-oct-2025 time 3PM IST.
I reported the issue on same time to gaurdian help support and raised the concern to ADOBE also but couldn't get any help yet.
