Very cool template! How do you use it with your students? I'd love to hear more @joel_4788!

Thank you.

I have a school based enterprise class in which students run our school
store.

At the beginning of the school year I have students fill out this template
for their employee records. Throughout the year we select employees of the
month. The HR department will be able to refer back to these files to
create little gift packages as well as design ideas for an employee of the
month display board which we hang in our school store.

This is really cool! LOVE how you are empowering that creativity with your DECA students and they get to make their Employee Fact Sheet! What a brilliant way to have them build those leadership and enterpreneurial skills too! It's always inspiring to hear how DECA is rocking leadership ideas like this and adding in the component of the HR Department celebrating employee of the month displays is super cool! THANK YOUf for sharing this @joel_4788! Sounds like incredible things are happening at Berkly High School!
