Question

Webpages to be viewed on mobile device

I created a "business card" my students will be remixing. It will have a QR code to their digital portfolio (webpage) so all their work can be displayed in one spot. However, when you scan the QR, it says please view on a desktop. This view is not yet supported on mobile. Will this be added anytime soon? This is for the art show and to hang in our school for visitors to view.

@Joseph Labrecque, thank you so much for jumping in here and helping troubleshoot! I really appreciate you taking the time to look closely and offer suggestions.

And thank you, @Victoria34224348na1n , for sharing this use case so clearly. You’re surfacing a really important scenario, especially for art shows and public-facing displays where mobile access is critical.

I’m going to share this thread with our internal team so we can better understand where the permission and viewing limitations are showing up and how this experience can be improved. In the meantime, thank you for your patience and for continuing to test and explore. Feedback like this truly helps us advocate for educators and students.

An Express webpage can be viewed on mobile. It looks from your screen capture that the page is embedded in some additional layer and that is what is delivering the message. Maybe the business card or QR code service?

The QR code is an Adobe Express add on and the business card was made on Adobe Express also. In the past we were able to view them because I used it as a hub for all their work to be viewed. Thanks for your reply! I will play around. Maybe our DIIT did something.
