Video Quick Action sdk download is not enabled

In the Adobe Express video quick actions SDK, features such as cropping and resizing videos are available. The download button is being displayed, but it is disabled. "By continuing, you allow your file to be shared with ExpressEmbedDemoApplication" This text is displayed below the button.
