absence de synchronisation des fonts adobe

bonjour,
depuis 2 à 3 semaines,
je ne peux plus ajouter de typo adobe font,
dans les logiciels ou sur adobe font, j'ai toujours accès au catalogue des polices, je peux cliquer et ajouter,
mais elles n'apparaissent jamais dans les logiciels.

de plus, dans le Creative cloud, impossible d'afficher les polices ajoutées,
depuis 15 jours j'ai uniquement le message " chargement de adobe fonts "

    Same problem I'm facing at the moment, anyone has a solution?

    We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Could you please let us know the Creative Cloud Desktop Application version you're using? Are the fonts not appearing in all Adobe apps or a few apps? Please check this article and try the steps mentioned in it to check if that helps: https://helpx.adobe.com/fonts/kb/fonts-not-showing-in-the-menu.html

     

    If the above-shared article doesn't resolve the issue, try uninstalling the Creative Cloud Desktop App using the Cleaner tool and then reinstall the app again. Here is the link to uninstall:- https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

    I am using creative cloud version 6.00.571,
    
    my whole team has had the same problem for about 2 weeks
    and this morning a miracle happened,
    all Adobe fonts came back ,  we didn't do anything
