Activate just one time and is available for all projects?

If I activate a font for a particular web site project in Dreamweaver, will be this also available in all projects I may have in Dreamweaver? or should I switch the respective button in the Adobe Fonts windows of the CC interface?
Example: for a “Project A” I use ‘Rieven Uncial’ font, so it is active in that “Project A”. I think that this should not be available for the “Project B”, bucause for this project, I didn‘t activate the fonts, as required in “fonts.adobe.com”.
However, even when not activated, it works! mayb ebecaue is just declared in the CSS? 
Does it mean that every time you activate a font, even for one project, will it be available for all your projects and all applications of Adobe?
