add custome fonts to adoby fonts - hebrew fonts

hi there.
i'm from israel 

and i need to install hebrew fonts  to my "adobe fonts".
i want them to sync with "adobe comp" on my mobile with hebrew fonts.

please help me
is there a way to add custome hebrew fonts and use them 
with adobe fonts
