"Add to web project" option missing

Hi Adobe Team,
couldn't locate the "Add to Web Project" option in my free account. It's unavailable for any font. Is this due to the account type, or is there another reason for this absence?. I have attached screenshot, please check.

    I would like to inform you that "Add to Web Project" is available with the free account but only with the basic library of fonts. The font that you're looking for isn't included in the basic library of font.
