Added font files active and installed in Creative Cloud but not apps (.ttf/.otf files)

I have roughly 45 fonts I've added to Creative Cloud using .ttf and .otf files. 

All show they're installed in CC. They work for about a week, then all of a sudden they become missing in the apps... yet installed in CC. So I have to uninstall them on CC and reupload the font files for them to become usable in the apps again. Really annoying!

I use these fonts often so it's not an issue of deactivating?
