Admin unable to add fonts.

Hi, I undesrtand that only Admins can add fonts in Adobe CC. A an admin, I can access the page under product --> add fonts, choose for which organisation I want to add fonts. I that time, before hitting the continue button, I already receive a warning that there's an error loading fonts (see screen capture, in french)

The next screen after the begin button keeps loading for ever. 

What can I do ?
