Adobe Font activated but disabled

I am not able to access adobe font from my enterprise account. It is activated in my creative cloud but is disabled. Attaching screenshots for reference.  And when I try to log in, I get the access denied error. But I had been using fonts for a while until it stopped working. Help please.
