Adobe Font Licensing

I’m working on an app which will display PDFs, PowerPoints, and other media that potentially uses Adobe Fonts and which may not embed those fonts. I’d like to bundle some of the more common fonts with my app, to ensure that these documents are displayed as intended by the user.

The documents will not be editable in any way, will be completely read-only to comply with the license restrictions, and the fonts will not be installed on the user’s system or used by the app in any other way (for UI, text, etc). 

Am I correct that the Adobe Fonts license permits this?

If not, does Adobe have any API or service which would permit downloading the necessary fonts on-demand?
