ADOBE FONT NO SE SINCRONIZA CON CREATIVE CLOUD

Últimamente, mi aplicación de escritorio Creative Cloud no reconoce las fuentes que voy agregando desde Adobe Fonts. ¿Por qué sucede esto? Ya desinstalé y volví a instalar, reinicié y nada, por favor, necesito ayuda.

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
