Adobe Fonts are activated but still missing in Illustrator

I’m working on some graphics and branding for my website, and I’m having a strange issue with Illustrator. A few fonts are showing as activated in Adobe Fonts, but they don’t appear in Illustrator’s font list. I’ve already tried restarting Illustrator and Creative Cloud, but the fonts still don’t show up.

What makes it confusing is that the fonts appear to be properly activated in Creative Cloud, so I’m not sure if this is a font cache problem or something related to Illustrator. I’m using the fonts while working on the visual design for my Einstein IQ Test website: https://einsteiniqtest.com

eOS/macOS + Illustrator version, and I can make this post much more specific and realistic.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? Is there a reliable way to refresh the Adobe Fonts connection or clear whatever cache Illustrator uses without reinstalling everything?
