Adobe Fonts Download Issues

Question

I'm having trouble downloading specific Adobe Fonts: Montserrat, Bely, Futura, ITC Avant Garde Gothic, Open Sans, Trajan Pro, and Urbane. They all activate on the adobe fonts website and then never show up in InDesign or Photoshop and then I go to check my Creative Cloud app and it gives me an error message that says "unable to activate one or more fonts" does anyone know how to fix this? I have a deadline I have to meet and I need Montserrat on my computer.

Try and follow the Troubleshooting guide: Activating fonts and see if anything written there solves the issue for you. If none of the steps outlined on that page help, then please contact Adobe Customer Care so that they can take a look at what goes wrong.
