adobe fonts impossible to activate

Hello !
I can't activate any adobe fonts, it says "impossible to activate this font" and "font conflict".
My wifi is working fine, i tried to desactivate and reactivate adobe font, desactivate and reactivate my creative cloud account, and also uninstall and re install creative cloud...
Do you have an idea hw to resolve this issue ?
