Adobe Fonts in Word are Not Showing up when Save as PDF

I got various fonts from Adobe Fonts. They showed up in Word without any problem.

When I saved as PDF, one appeared and one did not.

 

Adobe Jenson Pro was not a problem.
Tangerine did not translate and the characters are some strange font.

 

Note that the paper size is 5.5 X 8.5

      OP here. I don't know how this worked, but in Word instead of Saving to PDF or Printing to PDF, I tried "Share" and then "Send Adobe PDF for Review" and that retained the original font (Tangerine), which neither of the other methods did.

      HI, I am also getting the same issue. While converting the word to pdf, all my fonts are embedded in it. but when i use the MS SDK for "save as" to convert word to pdf , the purchased fonts are not added to pdf.

       

      is there any other SDK that i should use?
