Adobe Fonts is Terrible. Frequently Stuck on Loading Screen

I can’t count how many times I’ve signed in and out of Creative Cloud launcher or uninstalled Adobe Creative Cloud, or restarted my computer just to get Adobe Fonts working properly. We use over hundreds of fonts with out subscription and the fact we battle almost daily to get the fonts properly activated is becoming increasinly cumbersome. Anyone know if Adobe is actively working to fix this issue? Been at least 3 years now since Adobe Fonts hasn’t worked properly or without error.

Do you have a subscription here?

 

Also, could you please share the screen recording of the issue you’re seeing? Which version of the operating system are you using? Please ensure you are using the latest version of the Creative Cloud Desktop app.

Apologies for the typo. Yes we have a subscription. And we have hundreds of fonts including their styles we use for our projects.

We often encounter issues where some members of our team are unable to access the font due to incredibly slow loading times. What’s worse is how often we have to trouble shoot to figure out why Adobe Fonts are not properly syncing even when they display as “installed” on the computer.

For now it seems the problem has resolved itself on its own. But we frequently encounter this issue and would like to see Adobe find a solution. I know there have been a plethora of reports from other Adobe CC users who freqently seem to have the same issues we have.
