Adobe FONTS NOT LOADING EVERYDAY

Question

Hi Adobe! This font missing issue is a big big problem for my design team. On a daily basis we are getting prompts from Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign and After effects that 'Open Sans' font is missing. We have to open the adobe website and goto 'Manage Font's to reactive the 'missing font'. It happens every single day for the last 2 years. We have tried all solutions provided in adobe tutorial/forums etc.. but the same thing keeps happening. Why is this happening and what can we actually do?

Welcome to our Community Forum. We are sorry for your difficulties in activating fonts for a long time. We understand how frustrating it is to get the same issue again and again. As you said you already contacted us and perform troubleshooting, could you please check and confirm if you have done the troubleshooting using the article link below:

If not, I would request you perform the steps mentioned in the article and let me know how it goes after monitoring for a while.

Also please help us with creating the Cloud Desktop Application version of your PC OS version. Also if the issue is with the application mentioned only or also with the web projects you create in assets.adobe.com as well.
