Adobe Fonts that don't appear in programs but that say "available with CC"

I have the CC annual plan and I don't understand why some fonts that say "available with CC" do not appear in the programs, nor is it possible to activate (?)

can you help me?

    Are you trying to add the fonts with the CC desktop app (a required step?) If so, please show a screen shot of the error when trying to activate them.
