Adobe fonts will not activate

This seems to be a common problem which really shouldn't be the case when were paying for a service.

 

My Adobe fonts WILL NOT activate no matter what I do. I've been through all the other discussions and tried everything. Signed out, restarted, deactivated and reactivated and other attempts.

 

Below is a screenshot from InDesign and it shows what's happening. It never resolves no matter what I do.

So frustrated 🙎
