After reactivating, fonts instantly deactivate

Hi, community:

I seem to be running a common issue here. My problem is, everytime I try to activate a font, Windows OS prompts a notification saying that said font is deactivated. In the active panel, all fonts seem to be active, but they don't appear in any CC app. I've tried every process, from disabling Adobe fonts, re-enabling it... but nothing seems to work.
