All my fonts deactivated spontaniously

I was working on InDesign and suddenly get a CC notification that 275 fonts have been deactivated. I did not do this. I go to CC app and indeed there is only 1 activated font left which is the one I was working with when this happened. I go to the page where you should have the Previously activated fonts. And there is none! All my activated fonts are gone. How this could've happened and how can I bring them back?

Same happened to me. Unfortunately, Adobe claimed a variety of things in trying to get help: that it was my fault, that I never had any fonts activated, that I should have known this would happen, that they can restore them, that they can't restore them...ultimately, they were never restored, and I now have to manually figure out which fonts are missing and manually search and reactivate them one by one. The whole forced account split thing has been a nightmare, waste of my time, and productivity killer.

As Tarun mentioned above, it looks like your account was migrated from Personal to Business. I've gone ahead and transferred your active font selections; please sign out and back in and let us know if the issue persists.

If yes, please try signing out and then signing back in again to check if that helps. Make sure you're signing in with your registered Adobe ID. Also, I see you have a web project. Would you like to transfer it to your business account?
